Could you please change the option for "Remember this Login" so that it is automatically unchecked whenever someone logs in. Having it checked off automatically is silly for people who are on public computers. Thanks.

Edit: I am using the login for FFXIV

I'd say the majority of users don't regularly browse alla from public computers, so it makes more sense to keep it the way it is, no?

At the same time, those users probably log in more frequently to public computers, since you only need to log in once ever on a personal computer. Though i can't say i care either way.

I remember that once upon a time there was a checkbox for "public computer", but I haven't had to log in for a very long time, is it not there anymore?

The issue is, making it default to NOT remembering you, rather than remembering you. Not adding another check box for the option (which is already there). The ones that want to be remembered are the ones that log in the least. Those that do not want a computer remembering their log in details are the ones that log in the most. It only makes sense to adjust the log in system to those that use it the most.

Yes my thoughts exactly. I log in all the time on work computers and I mostly forget to uncheck that silly box. Open up Zam next day and there I am already logged in. For sure I am remembered at my home computer so I dont have to worry about the check box cause I left it checked the first time I logged in and that was that. Oh no.... now I am starting to worry about all the other computers I may have accidentially not unchecked that box on.

Edit: I laughed so hard at the OP signature. That is classic :-)

Do other people at your workplace browse Zam? Cause if not, I don't quite see the issue... but yes, I also don't see why changing it would be a problem I suppose, so more power to you if you can get them to change it I guess.

Speaking of automatic logins, why does Wowhead randomly log me out? Can't get the auto-login to work properly.

Probably not the right place to post this, but I figured I'd try now that a thread was up.
