Video Ads nuking my PC (was forum=28)Follow

So I don't know what has changed in the past few weeks but suddenly I am getting annihilated by ads on websites.
Allakhazam, ffxiclopedia especially.

Now, I love Fable, and Fable III looks great... but the fact the add is HALF THE SIZE OF THE SCREEN AND MOVING I do not like it. Since I have FFXI up at the same time with max settings(not impressive, but not like having them 0'd out) this makes my PC come to a crawl. Both FFXI and the page lags so badly I am unable to perform any actions on either for a solid 10-15 seconds, sometimes longer.

The same(but not as bad) are other ads. Any stupid video add that just bursts into play the second I load a page. I used to have 10-12 tabs of FFWiki up at a time (such as searching an entire level range worth of gear at once) without this being a problem.

Is there a Firefox addon I am missing or a setting that somehow reset? Would really appreciate any help on this.

Ah, thanks. I didn't figure it was a Forum thing since it's not just Allakhazam and hoping for a whole Mozilla fix, but okay. I appreciate the move~
