Zam ScamFollow

Seems about every 2 years I have to remind myself how JACKED UP this site is. created a new account, upgraded to Premium, got charged... no premium. did the troubleshooting....no premium. contacted Zam.... no response.....no premium. now since my account doesn't recognize that I have premium I can't turn off the auto renew and will have to close my bank accounts and reopen them in order to stop Zam from charging me. gotta love the Zam SCAM.

Wait longer than 5 minutes for df to respond?


Once in a blue moon the system hiccups, but df will always take care of it as soon as she can.

E-mail both Accounts@allakhazam.com and Darqflame@allakhazam.com with the issue, what payment account you used, what time it was, and we'll try to get this straightened out for you. Your account does not show premium status flag at the moment, so if you were charged, there is definitly an issue here. I don't deal with the financials so I can't really give you much more than that, but I'll follow up on this. Since it is Sunday here, you probably won't hear anything back from the accounts people until tomorrow at the earliest.

We appologize for the difficulty you are experiancing. I assure you that if the charge went through and if you wanted to keep your premium, we would have adjusted it for the delay, also given the difficulty if the transaction went through they should be able to refund your money. Either way.

It is my understanding that the accounts team has at least clarified what happened. If there are further issues to be addressed, please feel free to contact them again.
