Sometimes it'd be nice in large threads if you could click on a quote and find out where the actual post is (so you can read the full post since many people just quote snippets.) If the forum could add this automatically I think it'd be used more often than people spending the time to insert all the code themselves.
Unfortunately I don't think it likes the nested brackets in the quote code, and it messes up the tags. Basically the person's name would be a link to the post.
