Premium membership problemFollow

I recently upgraded to premium membership however have been unable to use any of the perks that come with being a prem member. It has been a day now since my subscription and am still unable to use the additional perks. Anyone know whats going on?

Looking at your account, it is not flagged as premium, so something may be off. Please e-mail accounts@allakhazam.com and they will be able to assist you further. Also please check that your payment method was indeed charged, and if possible have the exact time and date available so they can check the logs.

The US is coming up on a holiday weekend so we are a bit short staffed at the moment, so apologies in advance if it takes longer than usual for the billing people to get back to you. I know it can be frustrating and we do appreciate your patience.

As Kaolian stated, you need to email accounts@allakhazam.com. Due to the information we store and what we don't, there isn't much help I can give you without you providing certain private information.

I will be in and out for the 4 day holiday, I will get to your issue as soon as I can once I receive it.

I'd suspect you won't hear anything until Tuesday due to the holiday here unfortunatly. Bad timing, I know. If I see any of the account team online I'll ask them to chime in here.
