top 250 list bugFollow

Selecting dates of updates from before the new top 250 system was added doesn't seem to work.

Also, on a somewhat related note, would it be possible to have it display the most recent update before the selected date if you select a date that does not have any update? That way we don't have to look through for exact dates to see previous lists?
