Talimon,
First you need to sit back and understand how the Karma System works.
Your overall Karma rating is determined by the number of times you've been rated. It has nothing to do with postcount. If everyone on this site rated one of your posts excellent, even with 41 posts, you'd have a higher Karma Threshold than say someone with 10,000 posts. Granted, a poster with more posts has a higher chance of having a high Karma Threshold than a poster of lower postcount.
The system works in almost every scenario. Let's pretend I followed you around and rated every single one of your posts 'Awful'. Now if you made truly helpful and good posts then someone would rate you up effectively canceling my rate down. Well, in the sense if you're at 'decent' I rated you down, and someone rated you back up, chances are you'd fall back at 'decent'. People who make the rediculous claim that the system doesn't work cannot answer the simple request I asked you. "Show me one "Good" or "Helpful" thread that is Sub-Default." Reason being is because you won't find it, unless said thread/post was made by an notorious **** troll(Such as Kojiami).
I'll let you in on another secret, us senior posters don't hold meetings and come up with grand schemes to belittle new posters. It just doesn't happen. Well, if it does happen, where the hell is my invitation?
Here is what I strongly recommend you do, just post. Don't pay attention to that Score. Had I done that early in my posting career(if you will) I would probably be a Sage today. No one likes a whiner. I don't know what game you play or what boards you normally cruise, but ignore that Karma score, and if you feel your being unfairly camped, PM(Not make a thread) an admin as request that they look into it.
