Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my account to premium but I always get this message:

"Error: You are not logged in. Before you can sign up for Premium Membership you need to have a login name for the site and be logged into the account. If you have one and are not logged in please do so now. If you do not yet have an account go here to create one."

I've been to the login screen over and over again, but when I go back to the signup page, it sais I'm not logged in...

Is it possible that do not not have cookies turned on? If so I would suggest turning them on then try logging in and signing up again.

If you still have trouble you may want to try using an alternate web browser if you have one.
