I would like to upgrade to premium but receive an error message which tells me to contact customer service. Currently I am question the credibility of this site as it one of only a few which has absolutely no contact or customer service information easily available. Have spent a couple of hours over the past few days searching to no avail which is why I am now posting. If anyone has a way to contact customer service (if it exists) please let me know.

Making the post here would be the best way.

One of the admins that handles billing should be along shortly to help you. Keep in mind that they have been having some trouble with the billing and upgrade portion of the servers lately, so the process may take a little longer than normal.

I responded to your PM, so hopefully we will get this problem straightened out, but that information is available by going to the basic allakhazam site. (rather than wow.allakhazam.com)

You are correct in that once you are specifically into one of the game sub-sites, then (at least for WoW) there is no "contact us" section and just the "submit information" link. Given that I'm betting you had never gone to the "www" and just the "wow" version, I can see how this could be frustrating, and I apologize. We will look into adding that to the sidebar template.
