How do I make an item have the stats (hover over it) (WoW)

Say this item Deep Thunder now I know there is a way to make the stats pop up if you let your mouse hang over the Item name but I do not remember how to do it (I checked the FAQ on the left and it was not there, and could it get updated)

Right now this only works with the wow template. If you were to view it from another site (such as our EQ or Eve site), the mouseover won't work.
