The FFXI Game guides seem to be out of date. For example this guide about world passes is obsolete now. And this one is incomplete now that there are more items availible to buy with CPs. Perhaps a clean up in in order.
Feel free to submit things. :)

And can someone look at the coding in this guide? The guide itself and the comments section are overlapping for me.

Woah same here o_o good catch Erawyn.
They're obsolete because people who are serious about ffxi only use this site to get a good laugh.

The guide section had always been really *** to maintain because people always submitted their guides to me in forum code and guides are in HTML. We have a new way of doing guides now and so it's much easier to do, but because I have so much else to do in the db, this section is still lacking. It is something I'd like to spruce up eventually because most of the guides there were all written in 2003 and 2004. I mean, there's a guide there by trickybeck. 
So are guides still taken in HTML coding, or forum coding? I would like to submit my guide on Character Restoration, so switching to HTML is not a big deal to me, as I know what I'm doing. And I assume these go through e-mail?
Yes, guides should be in HTML.
