I make a motion for whoever is bringing this kind of filth above the filter.. Heck, anyone who rates this kind of crap up needs to have their pretty rate button taken away or kicked off the board period.

As for the rate ups, there is one possiblity: The person may have meant to rate down and clicked the wrong option. I know it has happened to me once or twice.
While I know this is unlikely, I am in a nice mood today for some odd reason, probably the chunky cinnamon applesauce I had for lunch. Applesauce makes me happy.

Well it is up to the Mods to monitor the behavior of those accounts and act accoringly. But it would seem that it was intentional rating up, since it was dropped below the filter.
That's not it. When I rated it down, the karma for the post went down a total of 0.02 from an Awful. Someone's been working very hard to get it back above the filter. >_<
