Changing Post time to Local TimesFollow

Is there a way to change the time zone of the displayed post time? I sorta want to see them as Pacific or Mountain. I admit I'm lazy and don't want to subtract the 3 hour difference. Though I suspect I will be able to live if I can't change it (might be hard).
