There are already 5 stickies in there. I don't think you really want another one. Perhaps you can get someone to consolodate the information in a few of those stickies into one new thread? If so, I'll sticky that one and remove the threads it is replacing. Otherwise i don't really want to make everyone scroll through more stickies everytime they visit the forum thread view.
