Profile Support Checked, but No ProfileFollow

I am using a dial-up modem with Windows 98SE. I am a Premium Member. My Profile Support box is checked, but when I choose File - Profiles, nothing appears.

Also, though Profile Support is checked, I cannot click the box with the "..." either.

I have tried both WinPcap and Memory Reading and zoned each time the setting was changed.
