Just tried twice to submit information (for FFXI), but recieved a failed mail notification from my mail server. I tried both haggan@allakhazam.com and allakazham@allakhazam.com each time.

It's Allakhazam.com, not allakhazam.com. Gets a little confusing sometimes especially because of the lovely town of Kazham in FFXI.
