Spell Interruption rate @100% w/o Aquaveil?Follow

I'm not sure if this has to do with the Aquaveil buff but it seems that spell interruption rate now has a 100% proc rate. Seriously SE you need to address this problem. It's a severe hindrance in mage jobs when trying to cast spells (especially Blu.) I have died needlessly because a single hit that does miniscual damage has interrupted my spell casting.

Interrupts were not changed.

Amount of damage you get hit for doesn't matter (unless it's zero, in which case it won't interrupt)

Maybe you should've mentioned it was capped in the first post then. The fact that you didn't suggests you don't even know how spell interrupt works, so I gave the advice that was most likely the problem. But seriously, interrupt rate has always been like that, even EP mobs will stop your casting quite a bit. The only thing it works well against is mobs that are too weak really, though it does occasionally kick in even on mobs up to T against you from my experiences with soloing my ninja sub. It can kick in even higher than that I think, but the chance for it to do so is quite minuscule. And even against too weak mobs, it's not 100% prevention. I've had my blu mage with 4 magic merits at 75 and capped skill get my spells interrupted constantly by a train of monsters in buburimu peninsula, simply because there were a crapload of monsters hitting me at the same time, so some of them would occasionally succeed in stopping my casting.

In fact, I even died because of this once, cause I was low on HP and magic fruit got stopped several times in a row, and I wasn't able to draw my sword out and circle blade them to death due to all the attack animations going off. orz

Actually I believe it was stated by SE that it does lower interruption rate. (They just never said it would be randomly with 90% chance it will interrupt)

Cast a spell with -101% interrupt, with 0 skill and see how often you get resisted. Repeat with 300 skill. You'd get interrupted probably around 50% of the time with 0 skill, and no more than 5% or so with 300 skill.
