DON'T LAZE ME, BRO!

What I want to know is where in the world is there a town of under aged people who all look like they are 30+.
I've never had my I.D scanned, but I have had to show my I.D more in the last year then ever before. I see signs now at stores that read "If you look like you are under 30, we will I.D you."
I've been there when my parents, who are both in their 50s, have been I.D.
