Cookies in general aren't that awesome but some cookies just make the world better. Like stroopwafels. And stroopwafels are always good, milk needs to be made into something else before it's any good.

Yeah but those aren't warm and gooey either. They're chemically altered to prevent drying / stiffening, and ever since they modified the recipe (right around the same time they reduced the cookie diameter, ca. 20 years ago), they taste like utter sh*t.
