Is it just Murphy's law?Follow

We had a round of severe storms and heavy rain. All year they have adds on TV, Radio, and on Taxis and police and fire trucks. "Turn around, Don't Drown." Yet we have hundreds of complete idiots that drive around barricades and into rushing water and either die or have to be rescued. One woman drove around and her mini van with kids was washed down stream and with a chance of luck was stuck upright in the waters. They had to be rescued. Another woman that was on TV couldn't speak enough good English and was obviously a total idiot (How did she get a drivers license?) drove around barricades and had to be rescued.
