Because you're wrong maybe? The second paragraph was an explanation as to why the action(s) described in the first paragraph did not support Joph's claim. I've explained this to you three times now, but you still don't get it. Heck, the two parts of that paragraph were even about the same sort of thing (why I didn't google for the reason Joph claimed, followed by a couple sentences explaining the actual reason).

You ask a very good question. Clearly, this is one of those things that the military has failed to consider a policy for, and is a sign that DADT was repealed too fast.
