So? Whattya doing? I'm going up to Maine this weekend. The highlight is that my nieces are coming over and we're gonna watch movies and make collages. My mom lives right near the beach so if it is hot, I'll go to the beach. However, since it is Maine and May, I probably can't swim and I'll swim almost anywhere. I remember being in Coney Island where out of thousands, I was one of about fifty or so that ever made it into the water. Some 10 year old dared me to go in so I had to. But even for me, it'll be too cold. Then I'll return home on Monday and get together with one of my friends. Huzzah.

Took yesterday off work, will take Sunday off work. There's a music/food/Ireland festival in town, I might go there tomorrow before work. Today, I'm at my mum's for lunch.

Planning how to kill my roommate. He left for the weekend but locked his door and his alarm was still set to go off for work. So, now I wake up at 5:00 in the morning on my days off. Smiley: mad

Driving down to my Grandma's house. Other relatives will be there, and it should be pretty fun.

I think there's sarcasm there...

Got rugby again tomorrow, so I imagine there will be an equally inane drunken post hitting the forums tomorrow night. Garage sale on Sunday, BBQ Monday.

Wifes Birthday is today. Got some festivities planned. Tomorrow heading to her parents house for a small BBQ (its her Dad's Bay today as well) Sunday will do yard work and relax at an outdoor bar. Maybe go for a walk Monday. More yardwork.

Today I work only 3 hours while Momma Tanya watches Takeo. Tomorrow morning, Takeo and I, have to be at the airport at 5:30 AM for our flight together to Omaha, Nebraska. It'll be his first airplane ride! I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. He already has been on a boat off Navy Pier downtown Chicago, and everytime we hit a wave his eyes became extremely big. I'm assuming the same fate with a little whimpering during the take off and landings. We will arrive back Monday morning at 11:30 AM. I would have taken more time with him out there but I thought I would have to return to work by 4 PM Monday .. Instead I quit my job and put my two week notice in yesterday. My boss said he will give me a good reference and keep me for emergency purposes but he wants Friday to be my last day. I believe it is a payroll thing.

It's not this weekend but Tanya and I booked a flight for us to Detroit and Colorado for the months of June and August. Takeo will also be on board for that. Those two times we are bringing Takeo to his first Cubs games! I do hope he is a good boy during them. I'd love to bring him to most of them. Neither of us have every been to those fields before so we decided to go and check them out.

He's cute.. I can't help it! He loves overalls because he can suck on them.

Screenshot

Drakula just loves him. I have so many pictures of them together. I always have to be in the room though.. Sometimes I have to push Drakula off of his belly. I'm extremely suprised by this because Drakula runs and hides from anyone who isn't Tanya or me. Most people don't even know that I have him.

He's getting so big.. Almost 3 months! I wish I could stop the clock for a little bit. Watching him laugh at himself for swaying on the changing table is just too funny.

Take his door off it's hinges. Or just kick it down. He should have to pay for some sort of repair bill for your troubles.

I've got work for the next two days, but I'm off on Sunday night, going over to a friends house for two Shards of Alara M:tG tournaments, using one box from each set in the block. 30$ entry, guaranteed to get something like 12-14 packs minimum.

Are you going to draft the entire box(es)? I wish I had a group willing to do that stuff, it's good practice.

Saturday I'm heading over to my Uncle's to visit the rest of the family, they all live around a lake near us so I'll probably spend most of my time there.

Sunday I might head to the mall with a few friends, and then on Monday it seems as though I'll be jumping off a bridge for a physics video, should be fun!

Volleyball and drunken good times tonight.
BBQ with Dad for a late b-day get together for me.
Also have a tennis match in the morning.
Sunday will be spent doing nothing but watching cars go 'round and 'round while playing on the computer.
Monday will more than likely be spent with gf's family.

Stupid holiday weekends are supposed to be about relaxing, not being too busy.

Having a beer, two or three tonight with a friend. Tomorrow we have to start packing boxes. If we are lucky we might have the keys to the new house and we can go and start painting the walls. Tomorrow morning I have a brunch with the family as it is my SOs mom's birthday. Oh! I got life insurance yesterday night. My bf can go ahead and kill me now. I have a hunch sunday will be a mix of boxes, cleaning and relaxing with the kids. We most likely will go to the park and enjoy the weather.

Hmm, well, a couple days ago my DVD burner crapped out on me. It's been making some rather entertaining sounds lately so I knew it wasn't going to last long. Anyway, I ordered a new one and got free three day shipping (I freaking love Newegg), but since we have this damn holiday, that three day shipping is going to take six days. Yeah, not really in the mood for holidays right now.Smiley: mad

My husband and I purchased a bunch of landscaping & gardening goodies. Our plan is to fix up gramma's front yard for her as a gift. We're renting a tiller and our plan is to lay down 18 bags of white rock in a small area. Then with our 10 bags of mulch, we are going to fix the rest of her yard to encourage better grass growth. Finally, we are going to spray her yard (front & back) for ants.

I plan to also go through our garage and toss things out and get a head start on my History class homework that starts in two weeks (maybe brush up on my math)

If anyone actually notices, I'll be surprised. X lbs - 14 lbs is still a pretty big number, where "X" is, say, a juvenile rinocerous.

We're going to have two draft tournaments, each one will use three packs like a usual draft, but we're going to use one pack from each set for each tournament. Should be interesting.
