I've been single and dateless for months now. Its beginning to annoy me. I was approached all the time when I was with my ex but now it seems no man will do more than mild flirting. I'd take a 1500 mile long distance relationship with someone I love over a relationship with the man next door who I'm making do with Smiley: nod

It's so strange, the date thing doesnt really happen in Ireland. Most of the time, you get friends first, then hook up on a night out with mutual friends, then decide to give it a shot as a couple, or go back to being friends...

The whole, meet someone once then go for a coffee/dinner etc just doesn't happen ever.

Every girlfriend I've had has been a friend first.

To be fair, I've known her for 20 years, and we were friends in grade school. I just haven't seen her since graduation.
