Oh, mother stories?

Mine has a new shtick, namely to pretend most of my life isn't real. It's getting annoying. Now, I only tell her select things because I know she'd be royally pissed off by some of the details, like the fact that I currently have a higher salary than her Smiley: grin

, but she likes to pretend there's no such place as England, and that's simply false.

But it's okay at the moment apart from that. I can use her credit card if I give her the money back the same day, and she takes me on trips to the countryside.

Now my dad is more worrysome (sic). I haven't seen him since New Year's 2007/2008 and he's been drinking himself to death for a few decades now. Smiley: frown

I might have to take a few days off work to go and visit him this month or next.
