Some of you may or may not know - I've been shopping for a house. I found one this past Saturday that meets all of the critera that I wanted. I'm getting with my real estate agent after work today to make an offer on the house. I'm scared. Someone hold me. Smiley: um
I don't make big-boy decisions like this often, and damn is this one a doozy! Smiley: lol

Nice, Congrats Usagi!

Me and the Mr. have decided that when he starts his new job next month, we are going to actively begin saving for a house. So hopefully in a year, I'll have to make the same grownup decision you find yourself faced with.

Usagi,
Congratulations!

Please be "Very Careful" and read all the contracts and watch your ernest deposit. Banks and loan companys always seem to have some way to make you
loose it. Pretty much its legalized stealing.

I'm serious about your ernest deposite. I've lost 4k because banks try to find ways to turn you down and they get to keep it. Be careful!

Talmon lost 4k because of the tranny tax.

Nothing more, nothing less.

I'm tickled that Ben spelled a word and then Tailmon spelled it back wrong. I also put that kind of irony past her.

I'm glad he gave me the advice, I didn't want to lose money on me not buying a house.

Some how the fact that all you can look at is my spelling makes this forum rather sad. Banks and mortagage companys are Fkr's and love to legaly steal your money. Advice even if it is spelled bad is still advice. It's up to you to either take it or leave it.

They're not stealing anything. It plainly states in any agreement you sign what charges you are going to pay. If you failed to read said agreement and make yourself aware of all charges, that's your issue, not theirs.

Also, use Firefox and problem solved. Mostly.

I only laughed at you because I'm not buying a house, I never planned on buying a house, and I never said anything about buying a house but you still sent me a PM on how to not lose money when buying a house.
