You would have to ask someone who has the "give out admin hat" button. But seriously, you made a measurable percentage of the posts on the site yourself, so if you ever applied for admin I suspect they would probably hire you.

Most of our avatars are definitly a reflection of our temperments to a degree. Some of the newer admins I think have yet to really find their forum persona. Others, the fact that their avatars are ever changing is a reflection of theirs. I suspect Darkflame does not generally cart around quite as many whips and handcuffs as her avatars depict, and I'm pretty sure Wordaen isn't a turkey. Allakhazam's eye avatar though? Those are his real eyes.
Me, I think mine fits. I like swords, I tend to hoard posts, I'm slow to anger but quick to destroy when needed. /shrug.
As far as our posts and comments, what you see is what you get. We're all pretty much like what our posts indicate. For example, I truly am a semi-insane wombat obsessed punster of bad spelling and ill-repute.

We generally get a christmas bonus and a nice card. The rest of us admins usually do something for christmas too. We have in the past done baked good exchanges (though we're a bit too big to make that work well anymore) and Secret Santa type exchanges.
