What/how do you configure your pho? I usually do a good bit of fish sauce then a little of asian Hot sauce, I also fill it with bean sprouts and that's how I do mine. Do you get the whole shebang of Tendon, Tripe, Meatballs, and flank or do you just get the most basic?
