I don't get that either, Unless it's a movie you don't want to see. In which case, why are you there?

Ditto. There are many better things to do in a dark movie theater if you're not going to watch the movie

Walk out?

So naive....

How's the hang over with the phones the morning after? Sucks having 4 phones ring at the same time with a headache.
My number one pet peeve was the chewing on the phone while I have a headset on both ears with a mic. Not only do I not have the luxury of pulling the handset away from my hear, I hear you smacking in stereo. I called a person out one time.
"Still working on lunch?"
"Yep."
and she proceeded to munch. I almost came through the phone and choked her...Where were the phone spiders when you need them?
I loved it when lusers came into the helpdesk and were all
"hello.....HELLO.....HEY! *knock knock knock* Anyone going to answer me" and can clearly see everyone on the phone. MAN, just thinking about that makes me want to knock off their head....
...and makes me extremely happy I no longer work there. My people now apologize as soon as they call me. "Sorry for interrupting you" I love getting respect...something that Usagi's not getting at his current employer.

I think we've all done that on occasion. I'm always late if I have to go somewhere else than my office in the morning. Spend a bit longer playing on my computer before heading out. I'm going to pull a reverse 'Sylvia' today and leave a bit early to help out one of my customers.

If someone calls and wakes me up, they get to hear me go tinkle. Consider it punishment for waking me up.

When it comes to the potty/phone thing I'd only do that if I'm really comfortable with the person on the phone if I have to tinkle. Beyond that, it ain't like they'd know unless I make it obvious. (I'd mute the phone if I have to flush.)

Don't really consider it a big deal, but it's not something I'd do in a public bathroom either.

I live in Atlanta where it has been declared the worst city for traffic. Oh yes I said worst. We beat LA last year for the title and we're not giving it back. We are about to have the largest highway in the United States at almost 30 lanes. They have yet to decide whether to add 2 more.

I talk on the phone while I drive because otherwise why do I have a cell phone. Out of the 20 years I have lived in Atlanta, I have spent at least half of that in a car. I have never wrecked while driving and talking on my phone. In fact, I have yet to wreck since I was 16.

No law will ever be able to prevent me from talking and driving. I also drive a stick so shove that up your *** too. Talking on the phone does not always = death/wrecks/etc. How is me driving and talking disrespectful to who I am talking to? You couldn't hear my car in the background if you tried.

Come live in a city where traffic consumes your life and then come talk to me about talking on the phone and driving.
