Name me!Follow

So my in-laws have had a stray kitty hanging around their place for a week or so. They called all the vets in the area to see if anyone lost a cat because this one seems domesticated. The problem is they can not keep her (we think its a her). So me and the wife are seriously considering adding her to our family. I am trying to think of names now but am drawing blanks. She looks like a Bizzaro Barley (Barley is our 2 year old kitty).

Any suggestions?

Here she is!

Call her Babs (or Babilu), short for Babylon, the first culture to have a recorded recipe for beer.

Or Maize. Cause I'm lazy.

Depends on her personality. I had a cat that looked like her once. I named her Scarlett after a friend commented, "She thinks she's the belle of the ball, doesn't she?"

She is very energetic they say. When she sees they are home she'll wait by the front door then run around to the back. If she doesn't see them inside she'll hop up every window till she finds them.

Brew. I have friend who named his dog this and rolls off the tongue well, and would be quite fitting for a male cat of yours.

I had cats named Patty, Maxine and Laverne after the Andrews sisters. Laverne was a boy and had a major identity crisis.

Looking at Egyptian names

Quote:
NEIT (Night; Female): Known by her title, "The Huntress". She was said to have been the ruler of the lower heavens, and was patron to not only the hunt and warfare, but to the domestic arts and mysticism as well. She was also protectress of women and marriage. Since her primary responsibilities were concerned with hunting, Neit is an excellent name for your fearless nocturnal mouser, particularly given its pronunciation.
