To be honest Usagi really is the only one. Everyone else has on and off days, myself included, but Usagi seems to only have off days.
Not every post has been on him, I made a post about how much I enjoyed portal just recently. It would be fully impossible for Usagi to pissed me off, I just happen to patrol by and see his crap.
