Pure freakin' boredomFollow

#1 Oct 24 2007 at 1:49 PM Rating: Excellent
Sitting here, refreshing about 7-10 pages with a few amusing tidbits here and there, but I'm just plain bored watching the damn time tick by, job is at a screeching halt and I'm itching for some team fortress 2, which is plainly unaccessible at work. Oh, and my coffee cup is nearly empty, and that's just a very very sad state.

Oh, and my computers at home dropped off the network for got knows why, so I can't even access IRC to talk to myself in there. So instead, I'm posting here. Yep Bored.

Remember? I'm at work?

OH! And the bastards at CBS found out that people were watching their "episode reruns" behind firewalls that block ads and so their stuff won't play. I can't turn off the firewall, it's a work thing which applies to multiple countries, not just this building, so I'm being cut off from Heroes at work too.

See now that would only make my coworkers amused, but wouldn't cure my boredom.

It's just past three in the afternoon, and I just cracked my first beer.

There are twenty-three of it's brethren in my fridge.

Pray.

According to your location, I share your geographical area, too.

And according that blouse you're wearing today, you want me.

I just got home from my first Major move to the home on my land.
Watch movies or anime. The net is not the only thing in life for me.

Depending on how much effort you want to expend on entertaining yourself, here is what I do:

1. Buy a 4 GB or more USB Flash Drive

2. Download Videora iPod Converter and DVD Decrypter.

3. Download MPlayer Portable from PortableApps.com and install it to the flash drive.

4. Follow the instructions of the DVD to iPod Video Converter Guide to copy your favorite DVDs into an ultra-compressed .mp4 video file.

5. Copy the finished .mp4 videos to the flash drive and take it into work.

6. Start MPlayer, open the file and enjoy the movie.

7. Profit.
