buggers have to wait until next weekend to brewFollow

#1 Oct 21 2007 at 1:14 PM Rating: Decent
im blonde and did not read that i was going to be using liquid yeast this time around for my brew. i have always used dried yeast that just gets dumped into the warm wort before putting it in the fermentor and after adding the sugar.

it takes 24 - 48 hours for the yeast to activate. so i stopped the cleaning of my tools put the yeast back in the refrig, and will activate it on Thr. so on Sat. i can start the brew. sorry, the pics will have to wait one more week.

:(

ahh well gives me more time to replace some of the gaskets as they are a bit dry rot.

One fine day, I'm going to get around to making my own beer.
It will be a glorious day.
