I can't find the better oneFollow

I google searched lyrics in hope insight on what might be the song I'm looking for. It's much newer than these two bands I keep finding on google. It's been played alot on z100 and rock 101 and what not. I heard the song once... "You've got me paralyzed, now that I'm stuck with you" or something like that. It does not seem like it's "paramore", or "failure". They both sound much different beat wise, and vocals. And from what I see on the lyrics, those two bands have the same song. But it's not even close to the sound off the radio.
