song title??Follow

I heard a snipet of some lyrics to a song, and it sounded fun, and now I need to know the song. So I am hoping for some help, and I don't know if the lyrics will be perfect from what I heard, so here goes:

I friend told me they saw you with a boyfriend
that looked like a girlfriend I used to date
in (european towns name inserted here)

I know it isn't much to go on, but you guys are amazingly intelligent and knowledgeable.

The song had a 80's OMD sound and feel to it.
