You will learn that people can evolve friendship and even love over the net. You don't HAVE to physically stand next to the person to fall in love or "connect". Whoever told you that prolly got married before the computers were invented. And that's no offence (offense?) to the older posters in here. My parents married before they even knew the word PC. They don't believe you can actually bond with a person you haven't touched.

I'm aware that some of the elite posters in here are running some kind of macho competition. Who can act the coolest? Who can offend the most people in two days and so on. But come on. Sure, someone might post some **** and people will aggro the poster. What you're forgetting is that the poster will read your comments, and maybe your friends will think, aw man, you're the bomb!, but the poster will feel offended and hurt.

I'm not ashamed to admit I spend more time online than with my RL friends. I don't think I've lost any life quality by doing so. I've had my laughs just like people who go get drunk every other weekend.

The term "getting a life" is so wrongfully used. Unless someone does a scientific test and prove that the only way to live is by not being online all the time, please don't tell me what to do. It's my life after all.
