Desktop Problem :: World of Warcraft

I'm having problems with my desktop:: I recently installed a new wallpaper and for some reason my computer has put one of the navigation bars on there, as if it were a new window.

Just click and drag that toolbar out of that area, and close it.

Kaolian, I can't; It's one of the menu bars that appears on the left side of folders and files. Where it gives the details,Control Panel, etc.
Its acting as if Im looking at my desktop like a big folder.
