Dr. Strangelove is my favorite. That doesn't mean I think it's the best movie ever made, but I like it the most.

Wasn't that the one with James Vanderbeek, the guy from Dawson's Creek? If so, that movie was almost as bad as the Mario Brothers flick that came out in the nineties.

I've seen it probably 96 times. It's on TBS every fifteen minutes or so. I'm waiting for the alternate directors cut to come out where Morgan Freemen's character's narration closes the movie thusly:

"So I ****** Andy in the *** and then stabbed in the gut with a special shiv that I brought along with me made fromm that tiny rock hammer I got for him. I took the money and headed to Mexico. Crackers never learn, I tell ya."

It's the story of a man wrongly accused of a crime and the events which keep him in there when he should be long gone. Also, it shows what a man can do in there and can be a positive influence on the prison population. Also, it shows that everyone has a limit they can be pushed. Essentially, it's a look at prison life from an angle other than the bad **** that happens. It shows that even prisoners need each other for more than basketball, cigarettes, and **********

A wrongfully imprissoned man being a posative influnece in prision with colorful rightfully imprisoned men who learn to be less evil because of him.

/yawn.

It was sappy beyond comprehention. It had the evil warden, the suicide of the institutionalized old man, the good hearted black hustler.

All it really needed was a hooker with a heart of gold.

He was in Dracula 2000, wasn't he? The lead male role IIRC.
