Marato's scarred and bloodied hands can vouch for that similarity in preference.

I used to like cats, but my lady friend has a cat that has taken to attacking me if i expose any skin at all. Hands, feet and forearms all equally fun targets.

Cats suck! All those lazy bastards do is sit around and eat with the same miserable face on all the time. At least dogs have a sense of personality and are a joy to be around.

For some odd reason I've always liked male cats and female dogs. I find that those genders go well with those species. We did have a male dog and a female cat and I hated both of them. I hated my grandmothers female cat too.

I am partial to bunnies myself ::tickles her fluffball with her toes:: but I have to say it depends on the breed of dog. cats are always cute as kittens, but some puppies just aren't cuddable... but give me a corgi puppy and I will descend into a big pile of goo ^^

I love animals. period ^^ dont make me choose hehe. My fiancee grew up among a buncha cats... and I grew up among fish. My parents werent animal people. So I went out and got a rabbit anyway ^^ They fell in love with the fuzzball and were upset when she moved with me (tho they'd never admit it!) so now they watch my mother's boss' dog... who just got skunked last night while they are enjoying the weekend in Maine and asked me to watch the dog...

I'd have t join the ranks of the puppy/dog people. Puppies are playful and friendly. They love to just frolic in an affectionate way. Kittens want to sink their claws into flesh. Any flesh. Puppies get all cute eyed and that adorable look in their face when they are sad. kittens just want to sink their claws into flesh. Puppies grow into dogs who love you unconditionally and will protect you with their lives. kittens turn into cats who are tempermental and seem to look at you with disdane and an arrogant attitude. Some are loveable. But if you have ever had a dog and came home after being away for a time you know the humor of seeing an animal who hasn't seen you and freaks out when you come home. A dog. Cats don't even bother to come out of hiding until they heat the can opener.
Puppies and dogs all the way.

Whats wrong with your doberman?

My doberman is alright, he killed about 20 cats, 15 rats, and 10 mongeese. But the wierd thing is when we find the bodies, theres no blood around the neck or the area. He usually attacks the nest.

The one way to see if your doberman is healthy is if its coat is nice, sleek, jet black.

I like both, but as for what I have right now... A KICK *** KITTY!
He knows how to fetch, so, it's kinda like I have a cat/dog.

Puppies.

Kittens are nice, but I have a friend whose cats are kleptomaniacs. They steal anything that's nice and shiny and hide it. And while I like my cat, my dogs are alot more fun to play with and alot more social in my experiences. My cat is only social when she's hungry.

Though, you do have to put some work into training a puppy, but it's an investment. You get what you put in. And besides - no litter box with puppies.

Also, you can pick up chicks when taking a puppy out for a walk. With kittens, you don't take them out for walks. For a single guy who doesn't get out much, this is something to consider. I swear, puppies are chick-magnets. (I need to get a puppy.)

Same thing here. Not the fetching part, that is WICKED cool, but my cat has the temperment of a dog. It took a little while to break his will, but he comes to me, shuts his mouth when I tell him, gets off the table when I say to, etc. And even with all of that, still purs while I hold him upside down and give him a * on his belly.

* = blow on stomach to make that farty noise
