I'm pretty sure it is 80%.

The only piece that doesn't look interesting is the hands. Everything else seems like it could have a use.

wiki's never updated lol. I've got -82% in my set atm, casting at about 14% Casting Time, here it is if you want something to go off of:

Nightingale isn't really a set number lol <_< it just straight up halves your cuurent casting time. im casting at 7% with that up.









As for my critique on relic:

Head beats Marduk's Tiara for best debuff head in game. when they make Salvage gear augmentable like they planned, maybe Marduk's Tiara will be on top again @.@

Body I needed a new pair of pants. not only is that an incredible Attack/Acc boost, Military Parade II could have some nasty stuff in it like crit rate/dmg :D

Hands i puked a little in my mouth. I guess theyre a good curing piece since thats still a good amount of Enmity-. Same as Lore+1 but Lore+1 is kinda hard to come across lol

Legs are kinda bleh imo. hopefully Courtly Measure II has something worthwhile on it.

Feet come even with Marduk's Crackows for String Skill, so you don't really have to spend extra time in salvage for those :D also a nice fast cast piece. beats Suzaku's Sune-Ate unless you're overcapped that is.


for the quests all ive heard is it involves a small amount of currency. people with the NQ pieces will have to spend more currency than the people with +1 pieces though.

and theres word of +4 magian weapons :D wonder what color box theyll use... i vote green!

oh yeah, I knew it's not standard currency lol. shoulda worded myself better. it's like 20 and 50 of a currency related item. aka something that will act as currency being stackable and/or bazaarable and such like Silver Mirrors etc.

The items to upgrade? They are called Forgotten Step/Hope/Thought/Journey/Touch. You need 30 if you have Relic +1 and 50 if you just have NQ relic. They drop in different zones (Step drops in Windy, Jeuno, and Bubu) and each is for a different piece (Steps for feet).
