I really don't know what staff I wanna do for brd, and if it is really worth doing any. Could any one list what one's would be a best option and why or currently one's your working on.Since I'm really limited on how many trials can be done, I wanna make sure 100% before doing anything.

Since Magian Staves are only good for debuffing, your front runners are Surya's (light - Lullaby, Requiem) and Kubera's (earth - Elegy, Lightning Threnody). Frankly I've never found myself needing to lullaby anything horribly resistant, and lolRequiem, so I'd prioritize Kubera's.

Not to mention the macro woes if you were to possess a cure potency Surya's, you couldn't successfully macro that in for cures and the MAcc affinity one for debuffs.

Not really, the 20 MAcc bonus you get in upgrading from HQ staves to MAcc Affinity magian staves is equal to the boost to debuff MAcc that a Gjallarhorn provides. Since we don't know for sure how Wind and Singing Skills and CHR contribute to debuff MAcc, it's entirely possible that the upgrade from Terra's to Kubera's is better than the upgrade from Horn +1 to Gjallarhorn. Except the whole Ballad +2 part, of course.

Game altering, no; improving what BRD does sure.

@tertoon: on which monsters do you notice a difference with these new staffs? Are you landing elegy on NM which you could not elegy before? If you notice any big changes could you also please post your debuff gear?

I would like to compare setups. thank you.

Haven't done staves for BRD yet, MAcc Affinity Kubera's and Surya's are #6 and 7 on my ToTM to do list, falling behind MDMG Indra's, MDMG Varuna's, cure potency Surya's for WHM, MAcc Varuna's and MAcc Yama's.

On stuff I usually take brd/blm to (Verthandi etc) I've noticed a 0% increase in my non-elemental sealed elegies at level 80 compared to level 75. Maybe the staff gives more skill than 5 levels of wind/singing but even then brd is unfortunately probably back in the same boat its always been in with elegy. It's either capped or floored.

Sky gods and Aerns come to mind for places one would actually see an improvement from a ToTM staff. Maybe Einherjar bosses? I never went to Einherjar on BRD much, so I wouldn't know.

Finished Kubera's Staff awhile back, haven't noticed much in the way of improved Macc on stuff like T3 VNM. Maybe something on Sky gods but not much if anything.

I suppose being able to keep a decent amount of MP gear on while getting capped MAcc on Elegy/Lullaby sounds nice come to think of it. Altruistic cape over Mesmeric, Serket/Bifrost over non-Omega. Perfectionist tendancies be damned, I can't bring myself to purchase or pursue a 5-6 CHR ring.
