When you cast a song and then spell buffs do they stack if they are same?
For example Regen spell then cast song does party get double regen?

Yes, songs and spells are two different influences..they do stack, so you could use Refresh for a RDM and then use Mages ballad for ultimate MP regen on a redmage...just as Bio, Poison, and Dia will all stack..

Even your own songs stack for an example you can put on both Paeon1 and paeon2 to get 1+2hp regen a tick if you want
