"Best" race for bard/red mageFollow

What do you think the best race would be for a bard/red mage? Tarutaru would be better for more effective spells, but Hume would be more balanced with it all. I was even considering Elvaan; what do you think?

umm the title was supposed to have "best" like that but it did that thing instead...lol... wanted quotation marks to show that it would be matter of opinion.

Bard's stats are not important compared to the other jobs. Only charisma affects songs but only slightly. And HP is not important too because bards are rarely hit under normal battle. So race doesn't matter.
I prefer Tarutaru because they can be a good subhealer with rich mp.
