i admit i feel a little silly but just though i would post this to make other ranger not miss out.

yesterday i helped a lower level character get some keys for the khazam quest, they asked nicely so i figured it would be a change from leveling, when i finished helping one of them gave me some meat mithkabobs,

later when i was leveling i decided to try one and i was amazed at the differance it made. +5 str +2agi +20% or so to my attack.
that equiled out you allot less miss's and about 15 damage more per shot with my bow and about 10 more damage per hit with my axe when i decided my hit rate was up so much that i did not need to use the archers knife on the mobs we were fighting.

so i went to buy more, i think they put coke or something likein their food , i cant go without it anymore.

jsut letting people know that it makes such a differance for rangers, i really never thought it would be so good.

I use mithrakabobs when i am soloing decent challenges ... in a party i use frost turnips or onions ... they both add agi (to me, strength seems not as vital with other players there). The nice thing about onions is that whenever you run out... ask the party to stop and kill a couple of Gob thugs :) You will get an onion in no time.

here is a tip: when i am in Yhoater, I use mandra buds.. no one wants them so as soon as i use mine, i go to treasure box and cast a lot on the one that is sitting in there :) they add agi and only minus your vit.

Of course.. if you are lower than 28 (no archer's knife yet).. you should always use mithrakabobs.

If you are planning to take down a notorious monster .... use a salmon sub or a medicinal gruel ... they add so much and take very little away.

If anyone has a better system, let me know.

lol Gaize... Beat my system :P

I just down as many mithkabobs as I can :D lol... Food effects last about half an hour, so two stacks of mithkabobs last me through a little more than stack of Silver Quivers.. Not too bad

LOL In my LS one of my friends calls me an in game Drug Dealer because I'm ALWAYS using Meat Mithkabobs. If I'm ever in a good party and the DMG dealers aren't using anything I will give them some as well. I figure that if we can kill faster, then the few k gil it costs me is nothing compared to some extra exp. :)

Madra buds are good...another one that I used to like is Windhurst Salads which gave a pretty good boost to AGI prior to level 28. Only problem is that those don't stack.

But if you are either working on Culinary or you have a friend who is...this is something to use as you're leveling up prior to 28.
