Is this worth getting for sanguine blade?
As far as I can tell, we have no other choices for MAB on the body.
The price also dropped to 200k on Bismarck. So was looking into it.

Better question is do you have enough other gear to build a good Sanguine Blade gear set? The MAB +7 is not enough boost to the base damage by itself to make it worth using. I have the gear to build a set for it but don't have all the inventory space.
If testing is correct:
2 MND = damage +2
3 STR = damage +2
1 INT = damage +2
With MAB being its normal % increase. If you have a good Chivalry set you may be able to use that for this WS.
Crimson Scale Mail will add 30 Damage (10 from MND and 20 from INT) and that is a better choice if you are not at over 402 damage before the MAB is added. (402 * 1.07 = 430.14 )
