whats everyone's ideas on ravager's gorget and ravager's orb because i'm thinking about replacing my chiv chain and bomb core with them.
with the gorget i'm trading either 5 acc or 3 str and 1 stp for 2 DA
and with the orb i'm trading 1 att for 4 str.
good idea?

4 STR always beats 1 Att for 2 Handers because 4 STR = 3 Attack if you are wielding
Ravager's Gorget beats Chiv Chain. 2% Double Attack is > 3 STR for melee. WS of course would be Sea Gorget. The 1 STP on Chiv Chain is irrelevant since you can get a 6 hit build without it (I'm making some other assumptions here, but maybe you don't have a 6 hit build?)

with ravager's orb i already added the att from the str to it, and i'm gunna be main GA now. no more axes. the actual stats are 8 att and 4 str
but so the ravager's gorget has 5 acc and not 3 str? because zam and wiki say one thing and ffxiah says another.

The shazbot is situational. If you can beat the 14% haste from full Perle while wearing the Hauberk +1, go for it. For me, until I get Ravager's Cuisses +1, I'm sticking with Perle.

And since when dont you need the 1Stp from gorget for a 6hit? Rajas+Brutal is only 6 and 7 total is needed. I think Chiv chain is giving up the least compared to losing Blitz for Ephoria, or Ammo spot for White Tathlum. If you have friends though can get Belenoa's Mantle with 8acc 8att 2stp back so that you can go back to Fortitude Torque Ancient Torque Ect.

Ravager's Gorget has 3 STR on it. The real comparison is 2% DA vs. 5 acc. The Chiv chain is going to win if your parser is putting you anywhere under 93% hit rate. If this is the case, examine your other gear and/or try to make the switch to Pizza.

thank you all for the suggestions. i'm currently working towards finishing /sam, getting byakkos and upgrading af3 so i can get out of Perle.
