As a WAR in the WAR forums, I can say that there is probably 0% chance this belt would be useful for us. Asking on the THF forums may be more productive.

i agree, asking on the thf forum will be a better bet. however, if (and this is a big if) the belt has a substantial increase to critical dmg and is activated during weaponskills, it may be better than warwolf for RR users.
