Assuming my math is right, and wiki's formulae on TP returns are accurate, the following should show where the additional 3% DW will lower your TP gain. The first column is for people without a suppanomimi (15=>18), and the second column is for those with it(20=>23).

Weapon combo Total delay 15 to 18%	20 to 23%
Maneater/Iron ram pick	276+268=544	272	231.2	223.0	217.6	209.4
						6.2	6.0	5.8/5.9	5.6
Woodville’s/Maneater	288+276=564	282	239.7	231.4	225.6	217.1
						6.4	6.2	6.0	5.8
Maneater/Ridill 276+236=512	256	217.6	209.9	204.8	198.1
						5.8/5.9	5.7	5.5	5.4
Maneater/joyeuse	276+224=500	250	212.5	205	200	192.5
						5.7	5.6	5.4	5.2/5.3
Ridill/Joyeuse 236+224=460	230	195.5	188.6	184	177.1
Joyeuse/Justice 236+224=460
						5.3	5.1/5.2	5.0	4.9
Company/Joyeuse 264+224=488	244	207.4	200.1	195.2	187.9
						5.6	5.4	5.3	5.2
Blau/Joyeuse 178+224=402	201	170.8	164.8	160.8	154.7
						4.9	4.8	4.8	4.7
Blau/sirocco 178+150=328	164	139.4	134.5	131.2	126.3
						4.6	4.6	4.5	4.5
Mandau/Blau 176+178=354	177	150.4	145.1	141.6	136.3
						4.7	4.7	4.6	4.6

I love how he left out Juggernaut completely whilst including almost every other possible combo including using Iron Ram Pick in one & Company Sword in another.

This man deserves a huge @#%^ing medal. Down with Juggerfail!

Something something you won't see in parse.

EDIT:
forgot to add something:
Your melee swing timer reset whenever you auto-target a new enemy.

Essentially, you're dealing with 30-40 seconds period (in merit PT), then after that your melee timer is reset on next mob (i.e. You only wait 1 seconds till next swing after you auto-targeted new mob).

If you only care about war on that list & like dual wield builds aswell as greataxe, i don't see any reason not to do 10acc & 3%DW.

...why not? if i had adaberk, i'd use that for GA or DW. if i had haub(+1), i'd use that for GA, and new body for DW. i wouldn't use anything lesser than those two for GA, unless perhaps ACC requirement was low enough to allow askar. new body is a total waste for GA WAR. if you're all about WAR and you occasionally DW, why not get the DW body? you can supposedly re-quest it, and even if you couldn't, why get it and downgrade out of haub with it for GA? the .5% DoT bonus in the tiny % of situations where 2% more DA might outdo 10ATT?

The more I look at it (the augmented armors), the more it looks like a pretty big collective sigh for two handed weapon users. I'll play conspiracy theorist here and say it was designed in favor of one handed weapons because Square isn't really satisfied with how the formula changes turned out and didn't want to meddle with them anymore.

That was basically my Cow in WoW. If I logged in I could actually remember the names of the weapons, but I main handeded the two handed axe from the Halls of Thunder boss (Heroics version), and the two handed sword from Ebon Holds' Rep items.

I'm so happy I don't know what a Heroic is. I still think Ragnaros is endgame.

I'm so glad I never played WoW and don't know what EITHER of those are.

Heroics would be the HQ dungeons ... they were called Heroics, right? I forget ... but yeah. They're not bad at first, but really, it's almost no better than the hurdles you have to jump through in FFXI. People like to say that WoW doesn't have stupid time sinks like FFXI does, but it does. Kind of frustrating, really. Meh, I haven't logged in since ... early January, I think.
