Ok having done this a few times in Konschtat for my uber dark rings, here is my light building method for you (using Konschtat for this example)
I build Amber first to the level I need. If i'm looking for superior augmented items, I will cap amber.
Atma: Cosmos, Sea Daughter, Beyond
Mob: Treants
I recommend you use your Aquilo's/Varuna's staff and put all other staves and grips away so you don't accidentally swap them in and lose TP.
Put up Ice Spikes, Stoneskin (and Refresh). Use Blizzard V on a nearby Treant. By the time you have run to them you should have gotten 100+ TP simply through SD's regain. Once the mob approaches you, whip out your staff and Vidohunir. Should take off 25% or so and finish off the mob. Gives 16 amber.
Rinse and repeat 15 more times to cap amber. Use temps and convert to restore MP (I also will sleep the Ephemeral Limule that roams through and Aspir I/II that)
After Amber, I move to Azure, getting roughly 160 Azure for TE, ISL, and multi temps
Atma: Beyond, Ultimate, MM
Mob: Imps
You know what to do. Kill 10 imps for 160 Azure.
Next is pearl lights.
Atma: Same for azure
Mob: T1 VNM.
Pop and Blizz V. If you have strong gear you should take it down to 3% or so. Melee it down with the staff of your choice for 10-15 pearl light.
I typically go for 120-150 pearl.
If you're quick and the VNMs are close together all of these lights should take about an hour to do solo. Obviously if you have a friend or two they can do VNMs while you build amber and azure.
Hope this helps. I'm still waiting for a refresh hairpin, but I do have a -5% PDT/-6% MDT and a -5% MDT/-6% PDT ring from farming like this.
