BLM Solo Subjob?Follow

Can you solo on BST pets with any other subjob besides NIN? I do not have NIN unlocked and it will take all kinds of days to get the fame for it. I would hate to go that far just to solo level my BLM. Can it be done from BLM25 with /RDM?

Utsusemi makes a HUGE difference. I remember when I started soloing on Gigas pets at lvl 21. It was quite rough, and I had a hard time. When I hit 24 and could start casting Utsusemi, the difference was like night and day.

Some people have done pets using /RDM, relying on Gravity. But this requires room to kite, which may limit the camps you can use. And you won't get Gravity until you're lvl 42.

Did I mentioned Utsusemi makes a HUGE difference?

nin is the much better option.

As a Galka I did do /rdm for some of it because i had the xp to take the hits. But xp was slower and I died more often if the mob had any type of a resist.
