So, i was considering going back to dynamis for the blm relic. But im not sure its really worth the hassle ( i hate those 4 hr events, its hard to fit anything on my schedule )
So... quick analisys of the pieces... am i wrong somewhere?
Head - Good piece for resistance set.
Body - Show piece only. I can already get refresh from a black cloak.
Hands - Aspir / Drain. Think its the best hands for it out there?
Legs - The blm piece. Very situational, but the best leg damage piece when latent is active
Feet - Useless
Belt - Best nuking belt. SE drop rates...

Only piece of relic I have from Dyna for BLM is the legs. Now, I'm not BLM main, but I've gotten by just fine without any of the other stuff. Yes, I use black cloak for refresh tick. Though I don't doubt that having BLM relic body and BLM relic hat would be nice. It's kinda annoying when I equip black cloak because it takes a head piece away. Maybe that's just a personal annoyance.
Either way. Black cloak does do well. Legs you can live without, but they are nice for those particular days. Hat, you may want to get later. Belt would be nice, but there are RSE belt and Penitents that work just as well.
So in conclusion, for BLM relic, dyna is really only worth it for that hat, in my opinion. And even then, you can more than likely get by without it.

In my experience, Dreamland Dynamis is faster than City and Northland, and the Sorcerer's Belt is more potent than any other waist slot I can think of, barring day/weather effect bonuses granted by Sea Obis.
As for the rest of the AF2, the Sorcerer's Petasos should be on a BLMs hit list, as well as the Sorcerer's Tonban. Gloves aren't bad, either, but can be overlooked for things like Vicious Mufflers or Zenith Mitts, or perhaps even Goliard Cuffs. I'd use them conditionally for SC/MB opportunities and to enhance accuracy on Drain and Aspir. Sorcerer's Coat and Sorcerer's Sabots are easily substituted for with other pieces (Ixion Cloak, Black/Demon Cloak, Rostrum Pumps, Cobra Pigaches) and can be left out of the equation.

Relic legs are great when on day, and will get used more then you may think. Hands are also great for dark magic. The hat really depends on what you do as to it usefulness, but come on you know you want it!
-Head is for hnm nuking
-Body is a trophy piece
-Hands for drain/aspir
-Legs are great for day of the week
-Feet pretty much junk
-Belt is great for anything
If you could choose lotting order, I'd go belt > head > legs > hands > others
(Unless you're very active in hnming, in which case head would be better of course)

I don't think the belt is anywhere near the best piece in the set. That one INT isn't really noticeable. legs > hands > hat > belt > other two if I had to pick an order.
Belt is the least situational. Head is probably the "best" if you had to choose.
Yes, it's worth the hassle. Make sure you get into a good dynamis shell, though. One that actually does CoP dynamis and not just city/xarc spam for the leader's apocalypse or w/e.

Even though the hat is mostly for HNMs, and other pieces may see considerably more use, I'd go so far as to say that the hat is the most important one to own unless you're never going to nuke anything resistant. The improvement in accuracy, even over a maat's cap, is dramatic (6.5%+ land rate, if your INT doesn't suck).
And things being how they are, if you're going to be in a quality dynamis shell long enough to obtain a hat, you're probably going to end up with all the other pieces as well (save maybe the belt). It sucks for you that you don't like to do dynamis, but a BLM without relic gear is never going to be a top-tier BLM.

Relic legs + sea obis + SCH in your party = Happy BLM.
If you find Dynamis a "hassle" then the pieces aren't worth it. There are many pieces that are sidegrades or even better (in the case of Morrigan's body) from other events. But if you like the epic battle feel of Dynamis, then the BLM set is probably one of the better overall relic sets available. You'd never do anything other than run around town in the full set at once, but pretty much every piece except the feet can find a home in your macro palate.

if by "int doesn't suck" you mean you aren't gearing for int, than yeah. off hand i know tia/ouryu/jorm has 120 int, so you'd need 130 before int stops giving 1:1 macc, and kirin has something like....169 iirc? maybe 149? i'm not sure how much int the toau hnm have, but it's probably up there too.
